Inconel 600 is a high-performance nickel-chromium-iron alloy, also containing about 1.5% cobalt and 1% manganese. It offers excellent mechanical strength at both low and high temperatures, up to 1050 °C. This alloy stands out for its superior heat and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for challenging environments. It maintains good resistance to chlorine gas and hydrogen chloride up to around 500-550 °C, and performs well in nitriding and carburizing conditions, as well as resisting stress corrosion cracking. Note: the material cannot be hardened.
Evek GmbH is your trusted source for Alloy 600, offering premium nickel alloys at competitive prices and shipping worldwide.
