Inconel 600 is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy designed for high temperatures, also containing around 1.5% cobalt and 1% manganese. This alloy stands out for its excellent mechanical strength at both low and high temperatures up to 1050 °C, as well as its impressive heat and corrosion resistance. It performs well against chlorine gas and hydrogen chloride up to roughly 500-550 °C, and offers good resistance in nitriding and carburizing conditions, as well as in environments prone to stress corrosion cracking. This material is not hardenable.
Evek GmbH is your trusted supplier of Alloy 600, offering top-quality nickel alloys at competitive prices with worldwide shipping.
