Inconel 600 is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy designed for high-temperature applications. It contains approximately 1.5% cobalt and 1% manganese, offering excellent mechanical properties in both low and high temperature environments up to 1050 °C. The alloy is highly resistant to heat and corrosion, and maintains good stability in chlorine gas and hydrogen chloride atmospheres up to about 500-550 °C. Grade 2.4816 also performs well in nitriding or carburizing conditions and is resistant to stress corrosion cracking. This material is not hardenable.
Evek GmbH is your dependable source for Alloy 600. We provide premium nickel alloys at competitive prices and deliver worldwide.
