HAYNES® 25 (UNS R30605) is a cobalt-nickel-chromium-tungsten alloy known for outstanding high-temperature strength and excellent resistance to oxidation up to 980°C, even with prolonged exposure. The alloy also offers superior resistance to sulfidation and metal wear. It can be produced and shaped with standard manufacturing methods, including casting.

Haynes 25® is the strongest of the formable cobalt alloys, delivering excellent temperature and oxidation resistance up to 2000°F. It is best hot-worked in the range of 1900°F to 2300°F, and is more suitable for bending, stamping, and drawing than for cold forming.
