HAYNES® 25 (UNS R30605) is a cobalt-nickel-chromium-tungsten alloy known for its outstanding resistance to high temperatures and oxidizing environments up to 980°C, even with prolonged exposure. It also offers excellent resistance to sulfidation and metal wear. This alloy can be manufactured and formed using standard processes and is suitable for castings.
As the strongest of all workable cobalt alloys, Haynes 25® provides superior strength and temperature resistance up to 2000 °F. The alloy is hot workable between 1900 °F and 2300 °F, and it is better suited for bending, pressing, and drawing rather than cold forming. Alloy L605 is especially preferred for these applications.
Evek GmbH’s online shop supplies material 2.4964 with international shipping. We are a trusted supplier, ensuring safe and reliable delivery of a wide range of materials.
HAYNES® 25 can be easily formed and welded. It is suitable for forging and other hot working processes when brought up to 1205°C throughout the entire workpiece. The alloy also has good ductility, making cold forming possible.
