HAYNES® 25 (UNS R30605) is a cobalt-nickel-chromium-tungsten alloy known for its outstanding high-temperature strength and its excellent resistance to oxidation up to 980°C during prolonged exposure. It also offers superior resistance to sulfidation and metal wear. This material can be processed and formed using standard techniques and is suitable for casting.
As the strongest formable cobalt alloy, Haynes 25® delivers top performance in temperature and oxidation resistance up to 2000 °F. It can be hot worked at temperatures between 1900 °F and 2300 °F. Alloy L605 is particularly effective for bending, pressing, and drawing, rather than for cold forming operations.
At Evek GmbH Online Shop, you can purchase material 2.4964 with international shipping. As a trusted supplier, we ensure secure and straightforward delivery of a wide range of materials.
HAYNES® 25 is easy to form and weld. It can be forged or hot worked, provided it is uniformly heated to 1205°C. The alloy’s good ductility also allows for cold forming.
