HAYNES® 25 (UNS R30605) is a cobalt-nickel-chromium-tungsten alloy known for its outstanding resistance to high temperatures and oxidizing environments up to 980°C during extended use. It also offers excellent sulfidation resistance and can be processed using standard manufacturing techniques, including casting. The alloy stands out for its exceptional resistance to metal wear.
HAYNES® 25 is the strongest of all formable cobalt alloys, providing superior strength and oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 2000 °F. It is best hot worked at temperatures between 1900 °F and 2300 °F, and is well-suited for bending, pressing, and drawing, rather than cold forming.
