HAYNES® 25 (UNS R30605) is a cobalt-nickel-chromium-tungsten alloy, known for its outstanding resistance to high temperatures and oxidation up to 980°C during extended exposure. It also offers excellent sulfidation resistance, can be processed using standard manufacturing methods, and is suitable for castings. Another key advantage is its strong resistance to metal wear.
Haynes 25® is the strongest among the workable cobalt alloys, delivering superior temperature and oxidation resistance up to 2000°F. It is best hot worked between 1900°F and 2300°F, and is particularly well-suited for bending, pressing, and drawing rather than cold forming.
Evek GmbH Online Shop supplies the alloy 2.4964 and ships internationally. As a trusted supplier, we ensure secure and straightforward delivery of a wide range of materials.
HAYNES® 25 is easy to shape and weld. It can be forged or hot worked after being held at 1205°C to ensure even heating throughout the piece. With its good ductility, the alloy is also suitable for cold forming.
