HAYNES® 25 (UNS R30605) is a cobalt-nickel-chromium-tungsten alloy renowned for its outstanding high-temperature resistance and excellent oxidation resistance up to 980°C during prolonged use. It also offers superior resistance to sulfidation and metal wear. This alloy can be manufactured and formed using standard industrial processes and is suitable for casting applications.

As the strongest formable cobalt alloy, Haynes 25® delivers superior strength and remains stable at temperatures up to 2000°F. It is best hot worked between 1900°F and 2300°F, and is particularly well suited for bending, pressing, and drawing, rather than cold forming processes.
