HAYNES® 25 (UNS R30605) is a high-performance cobalt-nickel-chromium-tungsten alloy, known for its outstanding resistance to high temperatures and good protection against oxidizing environments up to 980°C during prolonged use. It also offers excellent sulfidation resistance and is suitable for conventional manufacturing and forming processes, including casting. Additionally, it delivers excellent resistance to metal wear.

Haynes 25® stands out as the strongest workable cobalt alloy, maintaining excellent strength and oxidation resistance up to 2000°F. The alloy is hot workable between 1900°F and 2300°F, and L605 is particularly suitable for bending, pressing, and drawing rather than cold forming.
