HAYNES® 25 (UNS R30605) is a cobalt-nickel-chromium-tungsten alloy known for its exceptional high-temperature strength and excellent resistance to oxidation up to 980°C during long-term exposure. It also offers outstanding sulfidation resistance and can be produced and shaped using standard manufacturing methods, including casting. Additionally, this alloy is highly resistant to metal wear.
Haynes 25® is one of the strongest formable cobalt alloys and maintains superior temperature and oxidation resistance up to 2000 °F. The alloy is best hot-worked between 1900 °F and 2300 °F, and is more suitable for bending, pressing, and drawing than for cold forming operations.
Evek GmbH Online Shop supplies material 2.4964 and offers international shipping. As a trusted supplier of various materials, we ensure secure and convenient delivery.
HAYNES® 25 is easy to form and weld, and can be forged or hot-worked when heated thoroughly to 1205°C. Thanks to its good ductility, the alloy is also suitable for cold forming.
