Alloy C276 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with added tungsten, along with small amounts of carbon and silicon. This material is ideal for both cold and hot forming processes. It offers outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice, and stress corrosion. Grade 2.4819 is resistant to mineral and organic acids, seawater, moist chlorine gas, and chloride solutions. It also has excellent weldability and is suitable for all standard welding methods.
