Alloy C276 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with added tungsten, along with small amounts of carbon and silicon. This material is excellent for both cold and hot forming and offers outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice, and stress corrosion. Grade 2.4819 is not affected by mineral or organic acids, seawater, moist chlorine gas, or chloride solutions. It also offers good weldability, compatible with all standard welding methods.
