Alloy C 276 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with added tungsten, along with small amounts of carbon and silicon. This material is excellent for both cold and hot forming and offers outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice, and stress corrosion. Grade 2.4819 is resistant to mineral and organic acids, seawater, moist chlorine gas, and chloride solutions. It also has good weldability and can be joined using all standard welding methods.
