Alloy C276 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with added tungsten, along with small amounts of carbon and silicon. This material is suitable for both cold and hot forming, offering outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice, and stress corrosion. Grade 2.4819 is unaffected by mineral and organic acids, as well as seawater, moist chlorine gas, and chloride solutions. It also has good weldability and can be joined with all standard welding methods.
