This material is renowned for its extremely low coefficient of thermal expansion, excellent ductility, and toughness. Cold forming the material further reduces its thermal expansion. It maintains good strength at cryogenic temperatures and is ferromagnetic below its Curie temperature, becoming non-magnetic above this point. We offer 1.3912 sheet through Evek GmbH, supplying high-quality nickel alloys to support your projects.Common applications for 1.3912 (Invar 36) sheet include the production and storage of liquefied gases, precision pendulum clocks, chronometers, and various measuring instruments. It is also widely used for:- OLED screen components - CFRP components in aviation - Electronic control unit frames in aerospace - Optical and laser system housings - Low-temperature application components - Astronomical and seismographic instrumentsKey properties of 1.3912 (Invar 36) sheet:- Exceptionally low thermal expansion coefficient - High ductility and toughness - Suitable for cold forming - Good strength at low temperatures - Ferromagnetic below Curie temperature; non-magnetic aboveWe offer competitive pricing on Invar 36 plates and provide reliable, efficient delivery worldwide, helping you save both time and money.
