Nitronic 60 is a high-alloy austenitic stainless steel with added silicon (around 4%) and manganese (approximately 7%), based on an iron matrix. It contains about 17% chromium and 8% nickel, providing excellent wear resistance and strong mechanical properties. This alloy also offers outstanding corrosion resistance and maintains good hardness in the annealed state.
