Nitronic 60 is a high-alloy austenitic chromium-nickel steel, enhanced with approximately 4% silicon and 7% manganese, based on an iron composition. It contains around 17% chromium and 8% nickel, delivering excellent wear resistance and mechanical strength. This material is also highly corrosion-resistant and maintains good hardness even in the annealed state.
