Alloy 263 is easier to form or weld than other materials such as Waspaloy or Rene 41 and has excellent ductility at medium temperatures. Alloy 263 is supplied in the annealed condition and is suitable for both cold and hot forming due to its excellent ductility in this condition. Alloy 263 can be welded using both TIG and MIG processes with a welding wire of suitable composition.
