1.4876 is a heat-resistant nickel-iron-chromium alloy, also known as Incoloy® 800. It contains carefully balanced amounts of carbon, aluminum, titanium, silicon, and manganese. This material stands out for its strong resistance to both oxidizing and reducing sulfur-containing environments, and resists oxidation and carburization up to approximately 1000°C. Thanks to its solution annealing, 1.4876 offers enhanced creep rupture strength at elevated temperatures. It is suitable for cold forming up to 6 mm thickness and can be welded with all standard processes.
