This material offers excellent resistance in both oxidizing and reducing sulphur-containing environments and maintains stability against oxidation and carburization up to about 1000 °C. Incoloy® 800 is easily processed through solution annealing, resulting in enhanced creep rupture strength at high temperatures. It is also suitable for cold forming up to 6 mm thickness and can be welded with all standard welding techniques. At Evek GmbH, you can reliably purchase 1.4876 and many other nickel alloys. We offer fast service and a wide selection to meet your needs.Main applications for 1.4876 include furnace construction (such as furnace muffles), the chemical industry (especially hydrogen production), heat treatment facilities, power plant construction (high-temperature components), environmental protection systems, laboratory technology, and quenching systems.Key properties of 1.4876: - Excellent resistance in oxidizing and reducing sulphur environments - Stable against oxidation and carburization up to approximately 1000 °C - Good processability via solution annealing - Enhanced creep rupture properties at high temperatures - Good cold formability - Excellent weldability with all welding methodsEvek GmbH provides a comprehensive selection of nickel alloys at competitive prices, ensuring high quality and excellent service through our online store.
