Please note: Sheet metal cuts are intended for industrial use and may not be suitable for decorative or visible applications, as some surface scratches may be present. The surface is of pure industrial quality, cut to size using shears. Not all sheets come with protective film. If surface appearance is important to you, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss possible solutions.

Material 1.4876 (Incoloy® 800) is a heat-resistant nickel-iron-chromium alloy with added carbon, aluminum, titanium, silicon, and manganese. It offers excellent resistance in both oxidizing and reducing environments containing sulfur, and is not prone to oxidation or carburization up to around 1000°C. This alloy is easy to process through solution annealing, resulting in improved creep rupture strength at elevated temperatures. It can be cold-formed up to 6 mm thickness and is suitable for all welding methods.
Evek GmbH is a dependable supplier of 1.4876 and a wide selection of other nickel alloys, offering prompt order fulfillment and quality service.
Main applications for 1.4876 include furnace construction (such as furnace muffles), the chemical industry (especially hydrogen production), heat treatment plants, power plant components for high-temperature use, environmental technology, laboratory equipment, and quenching systems.
Key features of 1.4876:
- Excellent resistance to oxidizing and reducing sulfur-containing environments
- Resistant to oxidation and carburization up to approx. 1000°C
- Good workability through solution annealing
- Enhanced creep rupture properties at high temperatures
- Good cold formability
- Good weldability with all common welding techniques
