Please note: Sheet metal cuts are intended for industrial use and are not recommended for decorative or visible applications, as surface scratches may be present. The surface is untreated and of pure industrial quality, cut to size with shears. Not all sheets come with protective film. If surface appearance is important for your project, please contact us in advance – we’ll do our best to find a suitable solution.Length tolerance: +/- 2mm.- Production time: 5-7 weeks - Shipping preparation: 2-3 business days - Delivery time: Varies by carrier (see FAQ for details)1.4876 (Incoloy® 800) is a heat-resistant alloy composed of nickel, iron, and chromium, with carefully balanced additions of carbon, aluminum, titanium, silicon, and manganese. This material demonstrates excellent resistance in both oxidizing and reducing, sulfur-containing environments. It withstands oxidation and carburization up to around 1000°C and offers good workability thanks to solution annealing, resulting in improved creep rupture strength at elevated temperatures. The alloy is easily cold-formed up to 6 mm thickness and is suitable for all welding methods.Typical applications for material 1.4876 include furnace construction (such as furnace muffles), the chemical industry (especially hydrogen production), heat treatment plants, high-temperature components in power plant construction, environmental technology, laboratory equipment, and quenching systems.Key properties of 1.4876: - Excellent resistance in sulfur-containing oxidizing and reducing environments - Stable against oxidation and carburization up to approximately 1000°C - Good processability through solution annealing - Enhanced creep rupture performance at high temperatures - Good cold formability - Excellent weldability with all standard welding techniquesEvek GmbH is a reliable supplier of 1.4876 and many other nickel alloys, offering a wide selection of metals at competitive prices and consistently high quality.
