Alloy C276 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy enhanced with tungsten, carbon, and silicon. This material is highly suitable for both cold and hot forming processes and stands out for its exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice, and stress corrosion. Grade 2.4819 remains stable when exposed to mineral and organic acids, seawater, moist chlorine gas, and chloride solutions. It also offers good weldability with all standard welding methods.
