Inconel 601 is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy with added aluminum and titanium, known for its outstanding resistance to oxidation at high temperatures. Also referred to as 2.4851, this material performs well in sulphurous environments, resists scaling, and maintains strength at temperatures up to 1150°C. It is also highly resistant to carburizing conditions and aggressive gases.
