Inconel 601 is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy that also includes small amounts of aluminum and titanium. This material is known for its outstanding oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures and can be used in sulphurous atmospheres. Alloy 2.4851 demonstrates excellent scaling resistance and heat resistance, making it suitable for use at temperatures up to 1150°C. It also performs well under carburizing conditions and in the presence of aggressive gases.
