Material 2.4068 is technically pure nickel, containing 99.2% nickel. Nickel 201 stands out for its excellent corrosion resistance and strong performance in alkaline environments. It offers very good mechanical workability across a wide temperature range, along with high ductility. This material is resistant to acids such as hydrofluoric and hydrochloric acid, as well as organic acids like acetic and citric acids and alcohols.
