Material 2.4068 is pure nickel, containing 99.2% nickel. Nickel 201 boasts outstanding corrosion resistance and performs well in alkaline environments. It is easily machinable over a broad temperature range and offers high ductility. The material also resists acids such as hydrofluoric and hydrochloric acid, as well as organic acids like acetic and citric acid, and alcohols. Nickel tube 2.4068 maintains good performance in oxidizing conditions. Nickel 201 is ferromagnetic and has excellent electrical and thermal conductivity.
