The V4A sheet is crafted from stainless austenitic steel, stabilized with titanium to ensure excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion. The presence of molybdenum allows the 1.4571 stainless steel sheet to perform reliably in acidic environments. It is easily weldable using any standard welding method and does not require heat treatment after welding.

Even after welding, 316Ti sheet metal remains highly resistant to intergranular corrosion. Thanks to titanium stabilization, this steel is exceptionally hard and therefore not suitable for mirror polishing. Stainless steel sheet 1.4571 is highly resistant to pitting and is safe for food-related applications.
