Our V4A sheets are manufactured from stainless austenitic steel, stabilized with titanium for outstanding resistance to intergranular corrosion. The addition of molybdenum allows the 1.4571 stainless steel sheet to perform excellently in acidic environments. The material is suitable for all standard welding methods and does not require post-weld heat treatment.

Even after welding, 316Ti sheet metal offers strong protection against intergranular corrosion. Thanks to titanium stabilization, this steel is highly durable and hard, making it unsuitable for mirror polishing. Stainless steel sheet 1.4571 is highly resistant to pitting corrosion and is approved for food contact applications.
