HAYNES® 25 (UNS R30605) is a cobalt-nickel-chromium-tungsten alloy known for its outstanding resistance to high temperatures and oxidizing environments up to 980°C during long-term exposure. It also offers excellent sulfidation resistance, can be processed with conventional methods, and is suitable for casting. The alloy stands out for its superior resistance to metal wear.
As the strongest of all formable cobalt alloys, Haynes 25® offers excellent temperature and oxidation resistance up to 2000°F. It is hot workable between 1900°F and 2300°F, and alloy L605 is particularly well-suited for bending, pressing, and drawing, rather than cold forming.
Evek GmbH Online Shop supplies material 2.4964 and ships internationally. As a trusted supplier, we ensure safe and efficient delivery of various materials.
HAYNES® 25 is easy to form and weld. It can be forged or hot worked if maintained at 1205°C long enough for the whole piece to reach temperature. The alloy also features good ductility, making it suitable for cold forming.
