HAYNES® 25 (UNS R30605) is a cobalt-nickel-chromium-tungsten alloy known for its outstanding resistance to high temperatures and excellent oxidation resistance up to 980°C during prolonged exposure, as well as superior sulfidation resistance. This alloy is suitable for conventional manufacturing and forming processes, and is also used in castings. It is also highly resistant to metal wear.
Haynes 25® is the strongest of the workable cobalt alloys, offering exceptional temperature and oxidation resistance up to 2000°F. It is hot workable between 1900°F and 2300°F and is better suited for bending, pressing, and drawing than for cold forming.
Evek GmbH Online Shop offers material 2.4964 with international shipping. As a trusted supplier, we ensure safe and straightforward delivery of various materials.
HAYNES® 25 alloy is easy to form and weld, and can be forged or hot worked after being heated to 1205°C. Thanks to its good ductility, it is also suitable for cold forming.
