They are suitable for welding at temperatures up to 200°C and can be forged between 1200°C and 900°C. The density is 7.9 g/cm³.Grade 1.4310 is a compact version of 1.4301 stainless steel, featuring high chromium and lower nickel content. Its structure is austenitic and hardens rapidly during cold working, making it ideal for spring components.
