3.7164 is a titanium alloy that can be age-hardened (up to 25 mm thickness) and is composed of about 88.74–91.0% titanium, 5.5–6.75% aluminum, and 3.5–4.5% vanadium. Also known as Ti6Al4V or Titanium Grade 5, this material combines high strength, toughness, and ductility.
