Round steel 1.4571 is an austenitic stainless steel alloyed with chromium and nickel, enhanced with molybdenum and stabilized by titanium. This material is highly resistant to corrosion, including intergranular corrosion, thanks to its titanium content—making it suitable for use in welded conditions and continuous operation up to 400 °C. It can be used at temperatures up to +550 °C and offers excellent forgeability and outstanding weldability.

V4A round steel is ideal for cold forming, though it is not suitable for polishing. It is easy to process and maintains stability even at elevated temperatures. This steel grade is also reliable at low temperatures down to -50 °C.
