Round steel 1.4571 is a stainless, austenitic chromium-nickel steel alloyed with molybdenum and stabilized with titanium. It offers excellent corrosion resistance and, thanks to its titanium content, is highly resistant to intergranular corrosion—even after welding or during continuous use up to 400°C. This steel can be used at temperatures up to +550°C and is known for its good forgeability and outstanding weldability.

V4A round steel is particularly suitable for cold forming but cannot be polished. It boasts good machining characteristics and remains stable even at high temperatures. Additionally, this steel performs well at low temperatures, down to -50°C.
