The sheet metal blanks have a width and length tolerance of +/-2mm. Please note that these blanks are intended for industrial use and are not suitable for decorative or visible applications, as surface scratches may be present. The surface is of pure industrial quality, and each blank is cut using guillotine shears. Not all sheets come with a protective film. If surface quality is important for your project, please contact us for possible solutions. If you require a different steel grade or specific dimensions, our sales team is ready to assist and provide a quote based on stock availability or delivery options. Production time for titanium sheet grade 2 is approximately 6-7 weeks, with preparation for shipment taking 2-3 working days. Grade 2 titanium sheet, also known as Material 3.7035, is made from unalloyed pure titanium with a minimum titanium content of 99.2%. It is highly resistant to corrosion in oxidizing and alkaline environments and remains stable in seawater. The material offers excellent weldability with all common welding processes, high impact strength, good creep resistance, and outstanding ductility and toughness. Additionally, titanium grade 2 is biocompatible and non-magnetic.
