The material 2.4066 / 2.4068 is technically pure nickel with a nickel content of 99.2%. Nickel 200/201 offers outstanding corrosion resistance and is highly resistant to alkaline environments. It can be easily machined across a wide temperature range and is known for its high ductility. This material also performs well against acids like hydrofluoric and hydrochloric acid, and it is not affected by organic acids such as acetic acid, citric acid, and alcohols. Nickel tube 2.4066 / 2.4068 also maintains its resistance in oxidizing conditions. Nickel 200/201 is ferromagnetic and is an excellent conductor of electricity and heat.
