It is suitable for parts exposed to moderate stress at temperatures up to 1000°C, commonly used in the manufacturing of gas pumping equipment. The alloy is produced using both open arc and vacuum arc furnaces.xn38vt offers excellent corrosion resistance, even in acidic environments, and is highly resistant to pitting corrosion—a threat to structural steels. Thanks to its high nickel content, this alloy resists damage from chloride ions.
