Titanium Grade 1 (material number 3.7025) is a commercially pure titanium with a titanium content of about 99.6–99.8%. This material is known for its excellent ductility, good cold formability, and moderate strength. It stands out due to its high corrosion resistance, impressive impact and notched impact strength, as well as outstanding biocompatibility. Due to its susceptibility to hydrogen embrittlement, the hydrogen content should not exceed 0.008%. Titanium 3.7025 is easy to weld and is non-magnetic.
