Our titanium pipes are manufactured primarily in Germany, ensuring top quality without any imports from China. These pipes are made from pure Titanium Grade 2, known for its excellent balance of strength and ductility. They offer outstanding corrosion resistance in strongly oxidizing and moderately reducing environments, making them ideal for demanding applications. Grade 2 titanium is easy to weld, highly resistant to notch impact, and suitable for casting. It is commonly used for valves, fittings, and especially heat exchangers, thanks to its high resistance to erosion, corrosion, and surface fouling, even with titanium’s moderate thermal conductivity. Each pipe is produced to strict standards (including 3.7035, ASTM B338, B861, B862), with a melting point of 1668°C and a density of 4.5 kg/dm³, ensuring reliable performance in technical and industrial uses.
