The V4A stainless steel sheet is manufactured from austenitic stainless steel, offering excellent resistance to non-oxidizing acids and intergranular corrosion, even after welding. These features are due to added molybdenum and a low carbon content. Stainless steel 1.4404 is simple to form, polish, and weld, and provides strong corrosion resistance and toughness.

The 316L stainless steel sheet is resistant to pitting corrosion, chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking, and intergranular corrosion. This material can be used at temperatures up to 450ºC.
