The V4A stainless steel sheet is manufactured from austenitic stainless steel, offering strong resistance to non-oxidizing acids and intergranular corrosion, even after welding. This is achieved by adding molybdenum and reducing the carbon content. Stainless steel sheet 1.4404 is easy to process, polish, and weld, and provides excellent corrosion resistance and toughness.

The 316L stainless steel sheet is highly resistant to pitting corrosion and stress corrosion cracking caused by chlorides, and does not suffer from intergranular corrosion. It can be used at temperatures up to 450ºC.
