Alloy C276 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy enhanced with tungsten, containing minor amounts of carbon and silicon. This material is ideal for both cold and hot forming processes and stands out for its superior resistance to pitting, crevice, and stress corrosion. Grade 2.4819 is highly resistant to both mineral and organic acids, as well as to seawater, moist chlorine gas, and chloride solutions. It offers good weldability and is compatible with all standard welding methods.
