XN35VT is a heat-resistant nickel-based alloy with added tungsten, known for its challenging weldability. This material is ideal for components such as flat springs, washers, rotors, and other parts exposed to temperatures up to +650°C.
We supply standard sizes of heat-resistant XN35VT steel, but any available dimension can be ordered through us.
At 650°C, XN35VT shows limited corrosion—0.014 mm/year in air and 0.020 mm/year in steam environments. The steel is resistant to pitting and maintains its resistance to stress corrosion cracking even in chlorinated water.
