Copper mesh has excellent technical data - it does not rust, is temperature resistant and is not subject to corrosion. Copper meshes are mainly made from copper wire and phosphor-copper wire. Phosphor-copper meshes are more resistant to acidic environments.

These meshes are mainly used for shielding rooms or devices. Devices that have negative radio emissions that can harm the environment are subject to shielding. Various highly sensitive devices are also shielded to maintain functionality.

Copper braiding is more commonly used for shielding than copper sheets. The copper mesh prevents the devices from overheating and also lets light through, making it easier to carry out various tasks with them without having to dismantle them completely.
