The copper tube, made from CW024A (Cu-DHP), is produced from oxygen-free, phosphorus-deoxidized copper containing approximately 99.9% copper and up to 0.040% phosphorus. This material offers excellent soldering and welding properties, along with good formability under both cold and hot conditions. The copper tube is annealed, making it flexible and easy to bend, and it can be used in temperatures ranging from -269°C to +250°C. Although Cu-DHP has slightly lower electrical conductivity, it is highly durable and resistant to corrosion. It is standardized according to EN 12735.This product is available from stock—there is no production time, and preparation for shipment takes 2-3 working days. Delivery time depends on the parcel service. If you require a different steel quality or dimension, our sales team is ready to assist.Copper tubes are essential for applications such as gas installations, cooling systems, compressed air systems, and air conditioning setups. Key features include high corrosion resistance, excellent processing qualities, broad temperature usability, and strong dimensional stability. At Evek GmbH, you can purchase high-quality Cu-DHP copper tubes at competitive prices, with worldwide delivery available. The chemical composition is approximately 99.9% copper and 0.015–0.04% phosphorus.
