This high-quality stainless steel square bar is made from austenitic stainless steel (material number 1.4301, AISI 304, EN X5CrNi18-10, US S30400), known for its impressive strength, durability, and resistance to corrosion. With a length tolerance of +/-2mm, the bar is custom cut to your specifications. Containing chromium and nickel, this stainless steel offers excellent formability, allowing for easy welding, polishing, grinding, and machining. It is acid-resistant, features a low carbon content, and maintains its properties at temperatures up to 600°C, as well as at low temperatures. The material boasts good thermal conductivity (15 W/m K), density (7.9 g/dm³), and electrical resistance (0.73 Ωmm²/m). Thanks to its attractive appearance and robust nature, it is ideal for a wide range of applications including the food industry, modeling, gardening, the manufacture of cooking grates, architectural and decorative projects, sanitary engineering, and chemical apparatus engineering. However, it is not suitable for use in swimming pools, seawater, or environments containing chlorides. Key features include excellent corrosion and acid resistance, high stability, easy processing, great weldability, and versatility for both functional and decorative uses.
