For the width and length of a sheet cut, the tolerance is +/-2mm. Important: Sheet cuts are not suitable for decorative or visible areas. Scratches cannot be excluded. Surface is pure industrial quality. Cut with a guillotine shear. Not all sheets come with protective film. The alloy Haynes 263 is an age-hardenable nickel-cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloy designed to have excellent fabricability in the annealed condition and very good strength properties in the age-hardened condition. Alloy 263 is easier to form or weld than other materials such as Waspaloy or Rene 41 and has excellent ductility at moderate temperatures. Alloy 263 is delivered in the annealed condition and is suitable for both cold and hot forming due to its excellent ductility in this condition. Alloy 263 can be welded with a suitable composition welding wire in both TIG and MIG processes.
