2.4669 is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium-iron alloy. The nickel and chromium content is approximately 70% and 15% respectively. The main alloying elements are iron (about 7%) and titanium (about 2.5%). The total content of aluminum, niobium, cobalt, and manganese is approximately 4%. The X-750 alloy is corrosion and oxidation resistant and exhibits high thermal strength up to 700 °C. The material 2.4669 has high tensile and creep rupture properties. Round bars made from the X-750 alloy are resistant to a variety of industrial corrosive agents under both oxidizing and reducing conditions. This alloy also exhibits high resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking in the fully precipitation-hardened condition.

Alloy X-750 is mainly used to manufacture components for gas turbines. The material is also used for:
